CAMPING 2024 This year, camping (biwak) will be held from June 6 to 9 at WHITEWATER STATE PARK in Minnesota. We especially invite all new families to one of the most loved events at PSS. Biwak is a meeting of PSS members and friends surrounded by nature, framed by music, Polish food, games for children and the opportunity to integrate. We encourage you to book the weekend of November 11 and 12, because there will be a lot going on in the Polish community in Minnesota! The fifth Independence Run will take place on Saturday (details on the attached poster, link to registration below). Ladies and Gentlemen! This Saturday, September 2nd, a picnic will be held to start the 2023/2024 school year at the Polish Saturday School. The picnic will take place at 10:00 a.m. at Columbia Park in Minneapolis. (800 Columbia Parkway, Minneapolis, MN 55418). The Polish School has started its summer break, which will last three months (June, July, August). Registration for the school starts soon, all details will be described in detail on Facebook and on the school website. Next time we will meet at a picnic starting the 2023/2024 school year, which will take place at the beginning of September. We wish all students, teachers and parents a great and safe vacation! Polish Saturday School in Minneapolis is looking for at least two Polish language teachers for the year 2023/2024. In the new school year, the youngest group (currently children aged 2 to 5) will be divided into two separate groups and the new teacher will be assigned to the newly created unit. An additional teacher will also be needed for one of the older groups of students (10-12 years old). The main requirement for potential candidates is primarily knowledge of the Polish language. Dear Parents! We are pleased to announce that we are opening registration for BIWAK (Camp) 2023, one of the most popular events at the Polish School. This year’s camp will take place between May 26th and 29th (Memorial Day Weekend) at Sibley State Park in Minnesota.
